Trainers Edge is a 4100 square foot state-of-the-art personal training center. The entire gym is devoted to exclusive members. There is no waiting, no hassle, and no self-consciousness here. We use the latest models and most elite brands in exercise equipment from Precor cardio to Paramount resistance machines. We also incorporate Ivanko free weights, resistance bands, and balance balls for training variation. |

We provide an in-house nutrition center, where we create individualized menu plans complete with nutrient calculations so you’ll know exactly how to eat for your body-type. Coupled with your menu plan we incorporate the very best in sports supplements made by AST sports science—always stocked here for your convenience. |

If the middle of your day is the only time you can workout, we have locker rooms with showers for you to freshen up and keep going. |

For busy parents with children, getting to your workout is not a problem. We offer a play area for kids available any time of day.

And, for just the right touch, our on-call masseuse is available to schedule massage immediately after your training session. We possess the necessary tools and experience to train everyone from beginning weight-loss to youth and career athletes. Male and female participants ages 8 and up are welcome. |
